Landscape Painting,Good Luck Pond, Acrylics,Fine Art is a painting that came about from a photo I made when I was visiting the Atlanta Botanical Gardens in 2014. It is one of my favorite place to visit , make photos and sketch. As I was wondering around after being there several hours, I came upon a pond. It was grown over with vines but I found it curious and made a picture of it. I added the water lily and the dragonfly and decided to give the painting a rather mystical feeling. I had never seen clover like vines growing in a pond. Maybe it is a new variety of plant life I am not familiar with. Some have three leaves and some have four. I named the painting, “The Good Luck Pond” because I am hoping all the four leaf clovers on the pond bring good luck.
